Yellow Oysters

I grew some yellow oyster mushrooms from a box I received as a present. Their interesting shape meant I had to lay them on their sides and I lightly covered them to let air currents work their magic. I am really happy with the result.


This painting is made using wild mushrooms picked sustainably in the garden. The frame (purchased) is 30cm high x 40cm length x 4cm deep which can be hung. I used graphite grey card in a white frame with perspex.
